*Click & Collect* This service will enable us to offer a much more
efficienct service for customers who visit our 3 stores in the north east. You
can now order online in the usual way, then print your order, call any of our 3
stores to make arrangement to collect your order the same day.
*_Click & Collect 4 Steps_*
All Click & Collect customers please follow the 4 steps listed below. This
will help us to help you:
Please bring the order confirmation with you.
Please bring the credit card used to pay for the transaction.
Please bring a current form of ID which states your name and cardholder
address.
Orders will only be released to the authorised cardholder and a signature will
be required.
Our aim is to turnaround Click & Collect orders the same day. this can
range from a few minutes to a few hours.
